wtfml: HARDEN! SPLASH! HARDEN! SPAAAASHHH. Everything was fucking ineffective. FALSE. After both had all of their moves’ PPs down to 0, they’d start using Struggle.  SO whoever could…Struggle the hardest would actually win.  Or whoever had less PP in total and started Struggling first would win.
